Family art therapy uses system theory as a theoretical basis. Many approaches established by recognized family therapists are translated into family art therapy processes and are utilized in daily practice. The goals are to change perspective of family members and to bring family as a whole to another level of functioning. In this module, students will have opportunities to explore the theoretical concepts and to experiment different approaches through art making and role play.
